If the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do?

PRAISEEEEEE THE LORD *waves hand*
HALLELUJAH!

Thanks for indulging me with your attention. I always say ‘I am not a blogger, I’m a vlogger’. I don’t write but God has led me back to this blog I started and how I used to write. I was not Wole Soyinka or one of those twitter eloquent deacons. I wrote and people read. You know I was complaining to myself about my YouTube channel. Oh you didn’t know? Okay I’m telling you I HAVE A YOUTUBE CHANNEL O (na so I see am). Check it out

I started that at the beginning of this year and it has grown a network for the Lord and I am glad. That’s God YouTube channel. He gets the glory.
Okay now, I was complaining about my channel because I am in Nigeria now and it is not like I don’t have internet but my house is full. Some of my siblings work and they use part of the Megabytes abi Gigabytes and uploading a YouTube video like I used to back in university will CHOP most of it. I am considerate but I still wanted to share messages God revealed to me to His audience. So I was directed here. If you read the previous posts on this blog, you will know that I HAVE DEFINITELY GROWN. That is if you know me now.
My cares, worries and all have changed but I’m going to still use this blog so I can appreciate those small beginnings. I wasn’t bad like some of my former friends will like to think but I knew my heart. FILTH. Now God has changed me to THE GOGO *waddup waddup, jumping in the air and looking fly* Hahaha. Allow my sense of humour today. I don’t know how to behave.

The MESSAGE FOR TODAY.
“If the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” Psalm 11:3 KJV

I have been getting messages from God saying consistency, foundation, relationship. These words have been in my head since I got back from university. It has been hard at home. When I pray I don’t feel like I have prayed or if I read the word I don’t feel satisfied. There has been a need for more but my body is literally giving way. I feel like I want to pass out. I don’t read my bible when I first get up but I read it throughout the day. I feel like I’m disappointing Daddy but Daddy showed me this verse through a message I listened to and I opened my bible to get more understanding.
It says “if the FOUNDATION be destroyed, what can the RIGHTEOUS do?”
I don’t need to explain that I have been clothed with righteousness through Christ Jesus. (PARAPHARSED 2 Corinthians 5:21) Once I gave my life to Christ, he took away the filthy me and the righteous me was birth. The life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the son of God, who gave his life for me.
But God has been ringing FOUNDATION. FOUNDATION, FOUNDATION.
Foundations don’t grow from the ground. They are built. They are built to stand the test of time and weight. Without a foundation a building cannot stand. It is essential and it takes a long time to build a good foundation. You dig very well and you fill the footer with concrete. Depending on the size of the building, you dig deeper.

Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: 25 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
26 “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: 27 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”
Matthew 7: 24-27

This is a popular passage in the gospels. It as simple as it sounds. God wants solid foundations that will stand the test of time that no matter the demonic storm that attacks, you will not bring you down. Let me share something with you. CRISIS REVEALS CHARACTER. Crisis reveals to God those who are made of strong, hard, and concrete for lack better word. I know there is a better word. Keep quiet and listen.
Warfare separates men from boys. It separates boys from Sons.
The message is stop drinking milk. Yes you. Stop drinking milk. How can you be 2 years into your walk with Christ and still be drinking milk. You require the SOLID FOOD. If you still complain and murmur when tough times come, you are a baby. What is happening to you is not more than what happened to Job. (This is God’s message to us, me and you) You cannot be a baby forever. You can’t. The issue is not even that you are acting like a baby, you give excuses for your spiritual stagnancy and refer to the fact that you are young. No honey. The Samaritan woman at the well didn’t do evangelism class before she told her whole town that she has might have just seen the Messiah. Now let the excitement that steams from the conviction of the Holy Spirit in you grow. You know you can be excited about something today and tomorrow you will lose interest. You know it’s possible. This is not too different. The Holy Spirit in you never gets weary of the things of God but you gotta give him something. He wants to spark but you hardly pray, read the word or even attend church or any fellowship. How do people get the gifts of the spirit or grow spiritually? They sit on their beds and Tinker Bell will come and sprinkle dust on them and Woah-laaa, they begin to prophesy and speak in new tongues. It stems from a desire of more of God. MORE MORE MORE.

For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. 13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. 14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Hebrews 5:12-15

Get up. It’s nobody’s fault you are not growing. Sunday Sunday biscuit is not enough. Choir rehearsal where Brother Paul blasts into new tongues is not the only place where you grow. In fact it’s just Brother Paul that is being edified you are just there. LOOKING. Looku Looku.
You must have a balanced diet to grow, I don’t want to list things that you must do but YOU MUST KNOW GOD AND WANT MORE. That’s how that foundation becomes firmer and whatsoever you build on the foundation of GOD shall stand the test of time.
The greatest battles are won behind closed doors. Stop feeding only on midweek service. Lock yourself in your room and know God. When you come out, no one will question if you know God or not. It’s not competition but we deceive ourselves if we act like we are IT and we are not even growing.
God loves you so much and he doesn’t want surface level relationship with him. He wants it to grow deeper because his love is deeper.
Foundation!!!
No matter what the devil brings to a solid foundation, it will not fall. It will have scratches on the building, he will try his best but God holds it all together

My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness.
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly trust in Jesus’ Name.
On Christ the solid Rock I stand,
All other ground is sinking sand;
All other ground is sinking sand.

I LOVE THIS HYMN. It confirms everything that he says in his word in Psalm 125: 1-3 and Psalm 127: 1. No other foundation will hold you like a foundation built in Christ.
ASK yourself, If the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
I’m done here.
Till next time,
GoGo
